An entrepreneur at heart, Ben has owned and operated multiple businesses throughout his career. In 2016, he founded Total Group to deliver specialized industrial fire protection services and set a new industry standard for safety and efficiency. Camerin brings 10 years of experience as Vice President of Operations for Western Canada, overseeing daily operations and leading teams of skilled technicians. With a background in municipal firefighting, he transitioned to industrial firefighting while working with an oil and gas blowout and well control company early in his career. There, he developed a deep expertise in servicing industrial fixed fire systems, particularly in the special hazards sector. Known for his attention to detail, professionalism, and "get it done" attitude, Camerin has made safety his top priority.

Recognizing the growing demand for skilled professionals in industrial and commercial fire system testing, he has been instrumental in introducing innovative solutions that enhance safety, efficiency and cost across Canada’s fire & life safety sector.
