Single Shower
Our self-contained 20’ trailer occupies a 910 litre fresh water tank, dual hot water heaters, 910 litre grey water tank, 12.5 Gallon per/min. distribution pump. The negative pressure unit is single speed with a peak air flow of 750 CFM though a 432 sq./inch HEPA filter. Protecting the HEPA filter and ensuring the ultimate protection are a pleated filter and pre-filter. The Dirty room also contains a portable HEPA Vacuum to efficiently remove fibers on the body.
The trailer consists of three separate and distinct partitions, all with varying degrees of negative pressure. The Clean Room, shower room and a dirty room where the negative pressure unit is housed.
Each room is heated and well-lit and separated by solid doors.
The trailer is not intrinsically safe and must never be located in a classified area. The location of the trailer should be positioned close enough to the work or project area while maintaining a safe distance from a hazardous atmosphere. The location should also be convenient for workers to access the decontamination trailer from a common area.
Required Set-up:
- 30 amp service (or separate multiple circuits)
- Fresh Water supply
- Grey Water disposal (filter unit can be used to discharge tank to the ground if:
- Discharge criteria is met (proper filter micron)
- Allowed to discharge to ground
- Discharge does not to create another hazard (water flowing to an undesired location)

Dirty Room
- First stage in the decontamination process.
- The workers enter the dirty room under negative pressure.
- All fibers/contaminant on the workers that become airborne are filter through a 99.8% efficient HEPA filter.
- Workers remove their contaminated clothing and dispose in collection containers.
- HEPA vacuum is also available to clean unprotected areas.

Shower Room
- Second stage is the Shower Room.
- The exposed worker enters the secure and private room after disrobing primary outer clothing.
- Worker showers to remove any fiber or contamination that remains on the worker.

Clean Room
- Third and last stage - The workers dries off after the shower and zenters the secure and private clean room.
- This room allows the exposed worker to dress back into street clothes and leave the decontamination trailer free of all and any contaminates.
2 Shower
Our self-contained 24’ trailer occupies an 1800-liter fresh water storage, 1800 liter grey water storage, 40-gallon Electric hot water heater and a 25 Gallon per/min. distribution pump. The Unit has a heated make-up air inlet in Utility room to effectively move air from clean area back to the Dirty room where the HEPA filter removes the contaminant. The negative pressure unit has an air flow of 1000 ft3/min through a HEPA filter.
- Clean Room
- Shower Room – 2 private shower rooms with incorporated changing area (as per picture above) Shower room also has a sink.
- Dirty room - Negative pressure unit and HEPA Vacuum.
Each room is heated with base heaters which are temperature controlled, well-lit (LED Lighting) and each room separated with a door.
The trailer is not intrinsically safe and must never be located in a classified area. The location of the trailer should be positioned close enough to the work or project area while maintaining a safe distance from a hazardous atmosphere. The location should also be convenient for workers to access the decontamination trailer from a common area.
Required:
